a. What are their roles, responsibilities?
b. What is their focus in terms of EA, required and guided by legislation
i. What are their methods to screen, review and authorize projects
c. How are the roles and responsibilities limited through EIA?
NOTE: By investigating the above question, automatically will environmental protection matters such as cumulative effects, relevant legislation, REA and SEA be discussed in the Paper.
